Update: I called to get it fixed. They put me with a new stylist and she did amazing. Informed me on how to maintain my look and made sure I walked out happy. I'm somewhat satisfied with the service but, I left with my hair not fully dry and when I touched the back of my hair I pulled out a big chunk of dye that wasn't washed out. I didn't notice until I left so I couldn't say anything. There was miscommunication on exactly what I wanted and that could be prevented with a better consultation. I'm happy with the cut which I was scared for the most. The color isn't bad but the application is not what I wanted again if they actually took time to make sure of what I wanted that could be prevented. I had to go home and clean all the dye out of my scalp. Someone said to me they thought I did it myself at home.

Very clean establishment with an upbeat atmosphere. My stylist, Abbey, was wonderful and we had a nice chat the whole time. My long curly hair isn't easy to work with, but she had no trouble. She's an excellent eyebrow waxer too! Will definitely be back.

I just left after getting a haircut from Sarah (sorry if I spelled that wrong). She did an amazing job!!!! Very professional and quick. I had a terrible mullet thing growing out and she made me look very classy and fresh. Very friendly atmosphere and greeting. Thanks Kreative Looks. You made my weekend.
