First and LAST time ever going there. I LOVE my hair. I HAD long hair. Down past the middle of my back. I went in for a TRIM and to get it thinned out. I specifically TOLD HER do NOT cut off more than an inch or two that I wanted to keep my length. GUESS WHAT?!! She chopped it all off. It is now just right above my breasts. It has taken me almost TWO years to grow my hair out to where I want it and she just choppee it all off like it was nothing. I had to hold my composure until I got home when I just busted out in tears and cried for more than an hour. I can't even look in the mirror without wanting to cry. She broke my heart. Literally. My hair is everything to me. I feel ugly. I don't know if she was new or just didn't care but this was the worst experience I've ever had getting my hair cut. I hate it.
