Save your time and resources-Unprofessional

After driving over an hour, my appt was constructively canceled because they were almost 2 hours late. I spoke to one of the braiders who was “on her way” called back an hour later and no answer. I called from another number and she answered (shocker) she then said she was in Charlotte! I searched and found another braider in Statesville that was open on Sunday. They were kind enough to allow a last minute booking. Although I had to drive an additional 30 min, it was worth the drive. Do not let these people waste your time or resources. Icing on the cake was receiving a call after my hair was almost 1/2 way done at the other location. Thanks but no.

This is the 2nd time that i have brought my child here to get her hair done each time with a set appointment only for us to get there and they not be i then call for them to say 30 mins and they still show up later than the 30 mins they have no respect for the time of the people that come to them for services this will be my last time we set for an hour and 30 minutes after the time they said they would be there. Guess they feel like we need them

I try and not be late but I do work crazy hours. My hair needed the attention because of a previous mishap with another hairstylist. I was late again but when I called her to tell her I was late she held my slot for another hour. When I arrived she sat me down . There were no insulting remarks made behind my back about my tardiness She instantly went to work on my braids. It took awhile but I'm so pleased with my hair that I cried yesterday. My scalp was traumatized and irritated by miscare from someone else and she was careful and gave me advice to get my growth back. No chemicals she said.I picked my own hair and hairstyle. I will always choose thse ladies. Wonderful ladies. Wonderful job. 💖💖

DO NOT GO HERE!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY WILL TAKE UP YOUR ENTIRE DAY OH AND NO NEED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT THEY WOMT START ON YOUR HAIR UNTIL HOURS LATER AND THEN EXPECT YOU TO PAY FULL PROVE AFTER WAITING TWO HOURS OR LONGER THIS PLACE NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN THEY BRAID HAIR WITH THE ELECTRICITY CUT OFF ALSO I SEE EXACTLY WHY THEY HAVE 3 STARS!
