Such a great salon!! Great stylist and great atmosphere! 10/10 recommend this place if youâ€™re looking for the perfect hair for yourself and to feel welcomed!

Worst experience ever! Took son for his first haircut and stylist had no idea how to handle a toddler. Stylist turned to me and asked if she was done? Hair on sides stands straight out and was sent off zero styling. Wish I knew her name, SADLY I left her a tip.. Sure they do great cuts but this stylist was not toddler friendly at all.

First time and last time there. Took my toddler to get his first haircut. The lady acted like we were an inconvenience. Waited 45 mins+ for her to finish cutting her bfs hair and then hung out in the back for a while. Suppose to get wash cut and style. She said his hair is too fine for a wash, so didn't get that. I understand a toddler isn't the easiest to cut but she butchered his hair, then continued to ask if she cut enough. Meanwhile he had a rat's tail and long hair behind the ears. She didn't brush, style or check that it was even. Had to come home and finish cutting it myself. Sad that he looked better going in. Looked like he got a hold of clippers and did it himself. Would never go back. Feel bad that my child had such a bad experience for his first time. They should not advertise for child haircuts if they can't even handle them. She didn't even care too. Next time I'll just go to great clips, at least they try.

My 7 year old daughter got a horrible hair cut at another salon and was upset and I was desperate to find someone somewhere to fix it. I called this salon and they worked my daughter in on their very busy schedule. They were super nice and very accommodating to our needs. Krystal was amazing and turned a "hot mess" into a totally cute hair cute for my daughter. She loves it and I do too. We will continue to come here and I can't say enough great things about this salon. PS. I have never wrote a review before anywhere but felt like I truly needed too because they are that good.

After having my hair cut at another place that was horrible, I came to Beyond Appearance and Crystal did an awesome awesome job at cutting my curly hair the perfect way I wanted it... Love this place and will definitely come back for my next hair cut.
