Poor Service

A nice place to get hair done of any kind. Just make sure your stylist knows exactly what you want and pays attention to your request and not easily distracted from the beginning. If you get something that is just not quite what you ask for you may be told to go elsewhere after it may be somewhat fixed and expect to walk out wet, not dried or styled like I was. As well as no welcoming from entering the salon either owners. If this is what money causes, arrogance and disrespect for asking for correction for something that should have been done right by attention by stylist that you pay for in the first place then they NEVER appreciated or valued you as their client in the first place. NOT RECOMMENDING this business for any service due to the neglect and disrespect given by those that own the business. Very poor reflection of their personality and obviously their service.

This place is amazing. You walk in and feel welcomed. ZACH is the best stylist I’ve ever had. The way he styles my hair is awesome. Just gorgeous. The other stylist in the shop are great conversationalist. XAN and KELLY have a wonderful assortment of jewelry, hair products, hats, bags, and many more things to feed my shopping addiction. Lol. Very clean space. Wonderful decorations. All in all, after getting my hair done for 12 years, I finally found the place and stylist I can not live without. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Elisa is the best! I followed her from another salon to Mopheads a few years ago. She has been doing my hair now for about 18 years! My hair always looks amazing after I go to see her. The other ladies in the salon are great too. The atmosphere is so relaxed. Everyone is fun and friendly. 10/10 would recommend this place for any of your hair needs. ❤

Elisa is awesome! I love how she colors & styles my hair every time. I have Asian hair & had blonde coloring done by someone else for a year but each time that stylist would always do a different color than the one I wanted. But after she didn’t blend the color the last time as you can see the horizontal lines of different shades, I needed to find another stylist. Ft. Bragg Spouses referred Mopheads Salon. I followed their salon on Instagram during COVID & saw Elisa doing amazing color. I contacted her & told her about my messed up color my previous stylist did. I was able to get an appointment as soon as possible. She looked at my hair color, was able to fix my hair & do the color blonde I wanted all in a reason price! Because of this, Elisa has been my stylist for over 2 years. I highly recommend going to Elisa for your hair needs. Mopheads is also such a cute & clean salon.

I got my hair done my Elisa here about two weeks ago. DO NOT book with Elisa for hair coloring. All I wanted was my natural color, yet it wasn’t done the proper color in the first place, and within two weeks it is washed out and just red, looking even worse than it did in the first place. It is not even one solid color! It changes throughout the layers of my hair. She is extremely unprofessional when I have reached out to get this fixed, in fact she did not answer at all.

Elise did my daughters hair and it is a mess. She went to have her hair put back to its natural color from being highlighted blond. Two weeks later and this is what it looks like. We have reached out to Elisa via text and Facebook messenger and she hasn’t answered. $160 later….. hopefully she will make it right.
