Had an appointment at Hair Castle today with Heather Taylor. She was reccomended by a close friend. I am very particular about stylists and let me tell you she is a dream! I've never had someone who really listened to my needs and wants and gave great feedback without trying to change my mind, this in itself is priceless! I will continue driving an hour and a half from Charlottle to get such great service from such a sweet lady! Her work and most importantly her attitude deserves at least 5 stars, wish I could give more! Thank you Heather!

Nice folks lady that cut my hair seems cool because she has been doing it for almost 30 year's ha ha

I just can't recommend this place. I went for a shampoo and a cut for my daughter and myself. They weren't busy (contrary to their defense on Facebook). Several stylists saw me come in and when I approached them for help, they walked away. We walked out and won't be back. They asked me to consider them in the future but it's going to be a long time before I can do that.
