The staff was friendly and very helpful. I tried the product they sell and works great I get compliments all the time on how healthy and soft my hair looks/feels

The stars go to Crystal. She did an awesome job on my hair. But I decided I wanted it shorter than I originally asked. When I went back Becky cut my hair. She is not friendly at all. She cut my daughter's hair a few months ago and I didn't like her then. She was rude an snippy with my 5 yr old. I thought she just didnt know how to handle children. She kept complaining that my daughter was tilting her head and making it crooked. I asked for a trim and she took off about 4 inches of her hair. On my hair, she told me my hair grows crooked... I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair cut. When she was done, it looked nothing like the picture. She said it's because nobody cuts hair the same way and that's why she hates the cut I asked for. She was complaining because she didn't know how to cut my hair and took so long she lost clients. I will definitely ask for Crystal next time. No matter how long I have to wait.

I went in on friday of last week not realizing school started on monday. The shop was packed to say the least. The stylist (all of them) that they hardly came up for air. They were curtious ,friendly, patient and kind.i dont know the stylist name that is acting manager, but she certainly held the fort down so to speak. I returned on monday to cut a little more off,and she took me right in. Cut my hair some more and was so pleasant to chat with. She deserves that pisition and would represent Great Clips with up most customer service. I hope when i go back for another cut,that she will still be there,doing a fantastic job for you all. Not only did I get the worst haircut of my life but the stylist talked the entire time about how much she hated the style I chose. I’m not kidding, it really happened.
