Tracy is amazing. I moved to the raleigh area 5 years ago. Had a hard time finding someone that could cut curly hair and have a decent non damaging color. So I researched professionals that could cut curly hair. Tracy got amazing reviews. So I took the chance. She can cut curly hair like I’ve never seen anyone before- she gets it. And her color is amazing. She colors your hair to compliment your skin tone and her color doesn’t damage your hair. She also understands how dry curly hair is and doesn’t do anything to compromise your hair and will tell you that. Now I can sit in the chair and enjoy my visit every 4 weeks knowing she has my best interest in mind. I definitely recommend seeing Tracy. As an added bonus she is very accommodating and sweet. I travel a lot and she has been amazing knowing this. She will accommodate me with my crazy travel schedule. I have never experienced this before. First and foremost she can cut curly hair and color beautifully! She also sells high quality products and I get my deva curl from her. She will use all the products she sells on herself before selling them. That says a lot. I know this is a long review but I’m hoping that if there’s women out there with curly hair that are trying to find someone that can cut and color then see Tracy. You won’t be disappointed.

If I could give more stars, I would. Tracy is amazing!! I have had the same hairstyle since I was 16 years old and I was finally ready for a change. My hair is approximately 4 feet long and I was apprehensive about cutting it, to say the least. Tracy made me feel comfortable about cutting and did a phenominal job! I want to a different salon on May 12, 2017 to get my hair done but left there disappointed. With Perfect Touch stylist, Tracy, I explained exactly how I wanted my hair and even brought a picture of how I wanted it. She did exactly what I asked for. She cut my hair into the style that I wanted and when I left there my hair felt and looked great!! She was kind and gentle. Her assistant, (her mom) was a great inspiration and the conversation was wonderful. I honestly don't know what the other lady that left the review was talking about. She must have went to a different salon or has a personal vindetta. Either way, this salon was by far the best. In addition, 4 months ago, Tracy was closed for personal reasons for several weeks because I wanted my appointment back then!!

Honestly, I wanted to like this place. But the business owner is very very rude and made me feel uncomfortable. I was not satisfied and will not be returning to this place.
