I had made an appointment on Friday for the next dayat 3pm. I arrived to my appointment on time, and I had to wait until my stylist got there because she had "stepped out". Once my stylist got there she started on my hair. While she was doing my hair she didn't ask me if it was too tight or didn't even have a conversation with me about anything in that matter. Three days later my braids started falling out. I felt my hair and the stylist put grease on my hair. I called them and let them know that my braids were falling out and they told me they don't know what happened but they couldn't give me a refund. I didn't want a refund I just wanted my hair to be fixed since I paid $160 for them. Don't waste your time on these people.

I paid $160 for micro braids and I had to provide my own hair and my braids were sliding off in 2 weeks. I had to go to a appartment complex that's setup like a hair salon. I was scared as hell but my husband was with me. Don't waste your money
