No one has time for you at this store... very disappointed in my trip. I will say if you want to spend a lot of money on stuff that you have no clue about then this is the store for you! Also have a ultra credit card that really sucks! So don't get one its not worth your time! Rewards are a joke!

I visited the Brow Bar today. It was a phenomenal experience. Melanie was exceptional. She asked though questions about any skin care products that I used and educated me on the effects that they could produce before proceeding with the service. Coudn"t ask for a better outcome on my brow waxing. I highly recommend Melanie as she is very personable, cares about her clients, and is highly skilled in her profession.

Went in and spoke with I think a sales manager Saturday around 2:30 if I remember right. Instead of trying to help with what my gf and I were trying to find which was lessons the woman immediately started trying to sample and sell product. Went to belks afterwards and the first woman we talked to immediately offered lessons and told us exactly what we needed to do to get a lesson and offered help finding the right lessons as well. Sorry Ulta your pushy sales person lost you business no thanks

Love Ulta Beauty. Love this store they sell tons of makeup you can also get your hair done there and eyebrows done as well. Just an all around great store.
