I have naturally curly hair(challenge #1) and lots of gray, I mean lots(challenge#2) and Jess always manages to get my color, vibrant red, exactly right with just the right amount of highlights and cuts my hair just the way I like it. Finding her has been a blessing in my life.

Horrible....the lady about fried my best friends hair didn't do what she asked for had to pay $140 to have it fixed.

The staff were nice but the lady who cut my hair left me with no hair at the back of my head i showed her a video of the haircut i wanted she didnt really pay much attention to it and cut my entire hair at the back im really upset because i read lots of good comments thats why i went there im giving only a star cause i want people who go there make the worker pay more attention to what you really want not do what she think she saw. Good luck
