Brooke was wounderful. She worked with me to find the right highlights for my hair. Brooke was very friendly and professional. I will go there again to get a cut and color. Huge asset to Fantastic Sam's.

Usually very satisfied with the service I receive at this establishment. Unfortunately this last time I went i left feeling iffy about the service I received. The stylist I had seemed very out of it and was distracted easily. I wanted a simple cut and it turned into such a hassle it seemed like. The haircut I received was uneven and sloppy that I actually went to a different salon to get it fixed. PLEASE pay attention to what your client wants and don't rush things!!
