We are not from Jacksonville so when I found out about this place, naturally I was skeptical! I was so pleased with my first visit I made an appointment for my daughter to get her hair done here. Everyone is so nice and the salon is spotless. You my dear have a new regular. I can’t remember the young ladies name but she’s a real peach!

I’m just obsessed with shurquanda(owner) with her genuine care and love she has not only for my hair, but everyone’s (as I seen)! I definitely recommend her!!!!!!

Giving a 5 star because that’s all that google allow, the owner Shurquanda is the bomb!!! She’s not just concerned with styling your hair but she gives great advice on keeping your hair healthy. I always receive compliments on my hair after she does it. The receptionists are always welcoming and the atmosphere is pleasant.

I rarely write reviews, except when customer service is extremely bad or extremely exceptional. In this case its extremely exceptional! From the moment that you walk in to the time that you leave, the service is on point. The receptionists here are really nice , plus they offer refreshments. The owner is very friendly and I am always overly pleased with the outcome of my hair. It bothers me however when people leave a negative and untrue review on any business, because they can't have there way. I have gone to this salon for a while and there are two signs ( one sitting on the floor, the other on the front counter) that states that no children are allowed unless they are receiving services. So to bring children into the salon and then complain that you were asked to leave is just immature!!!! Really, can't you read, or do you think that you are exempt? I have children and I am not allowed to bring them either. Rules are rules no mater where you go. You don't take your child to work with you or into a court room! Grow up and stop complaining when business owners are keeping your children best interest in mind. The stylists do use chemicals that children and infants should not be breathing in, so the shame is on you and not the salon.
