Friendly, knowledgeable ladies! They listen to what you want and always do a wonderful job. I tried different salons all over Raleigh with no luck and once I found Ron Carlos I knew I had found "my" salon. Highly recommend them!

So friendly, and they did a great job! (Cute salon too!) Came in for a blow out, and loved it. They asked what I was going for, and it turned out way better than I would have expected. Wish we lived closer, because I would definitely be back. Love all their products too!

This is a wonderful salon! Rosa is awesome & all the other staff are, as well. Brooke is my hair stylist. She is the best in the world. My whole picky family of women go to Ron Carlos now. When I first came to Brooke, my long hair was in terrible condition. She has it so healthy now. She cuts & highlights my hair as well as root color. She’s been my stylist for 2 + years now and every time I go I think it’s the best she’s ever done. I trust her & give her “free reign.” The salon has a very “upscale” vibe without the “snobby” feel. They have complimentary coffee & paraffin hand wax. I just can’t say enough good things about this shop. If you are hesitant, don’t be. You are in great hands here. I’ve seen Rosa’s & other stylists’ clients all walk out looking amazing and happy! In over 2 years I’ve never seen an unhappy client and I go about every 5 weeks. I’ve even spoken up to tell clients how great their hair looks on numerous occasions because I just couldn’t help myself! P.S. They have male clients as well. I never knew how many men get their hair colored and highlighted. P.S.S. The shop is tucked away behind Rudino’s & Just Tires. Go! Your hair will love you for it!
