I have been a client of Soby since 2012. When I arrived to her hair salon 5 years ago, my hair was over processed and breaking off. There was a part of my hair that was completely broken off due to chemical relaxers. She cut my hair in a way that made the breakage unnoticeable. She gave me products to treat the damaged hair and promised that if I continued to come to her my hair would grow back strong and healthy by the end of the year. I couldn't believe how beautiful and healthy my hair was with just a few months and continues to be years later. Her prices are very reasonable and often cheaper much than other Dominican Salons.She is always professional and courteous and so is her assistant Belkis. I have tried almost all of the Dominican Salons in Charlotte and her salon is the best. If you are looking to get a great Dominican blowout and for healthy hair Soby's Salon is the place to go! If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would.

Very,deceptive practice. Told me she would perform a service on my nieces hair and left out part of the process. Speaks in their language and English as well. Do not trust those women.

Worst place in my life I've been she messed up my hair I asked for a red color she gave me like a orange color she put bleach in my hair or whatever you call it and my hair was messed up for a year I mean because of the bleach she put in my hair my hair was hard every time I wet it

If I could rate this place a zero I would. This was the worst experience I had at a Dominican hair salon. Black women please do not get your hair done at this place, you will get better treatment from Mery Mi Salon and VIP Dominican Beauty Salon. The owner and her shampoo girl are disrespectful and rude. They will talk bad about you in Spanish. That's why the shop doesn't get business both women are unprofessional
