I had one of the best customer service experiences at Ulta today. Austin was so helpful! He helped me find a foundation, amongst other products, and took the time to answer all of my (very amateur) questions. I’ll definitely be going back for my makeup needs and will ask for Austin’s help specifically!

I had one of the best customer service experiences ever this morning at Ulta. A young lady named Halley helped me. She color matched a foundation perfectly ( on the first time). She explained the products and why they would be good for my mature skin. She answered all my questions and truly is awealth of knowledge. Will definitely be back.

My experience at Ultra Hair Salon was horrific! I have never had a license cosmetologist to Butcher my hair the way I was done today at this salon. Not only was my hair was butchered to the point of having gaps in my head the color was nothing I had ask for before services were preformed. I did bring a picture of the cut and color I wanted and my hair was cut nothing like photo nor was the color. I have never been so embarrassed to walk out of a salon in my life! I went to the car and cried it was so bad. I do not know how this woman was even licensed as a cosmetologist! I went back to the salon once I calmed down and spoke to the manager which the look on her face said it all… she spoke to another cosmetologist (Austin) and ask if he could try to fix my hair. Austin bless his heart took time to try to fix my hair what was left but there was not a whole lot he could do but be compassionate and very understanding about the situation. I was told they knew I would be back to complain when I left because of the way my hair looked when I left. I was told at this point all I could do is give my hair time to grow back out and come back and try to fix it but it’s going to take time to fix my hair. The cut was so bad I have gaps in my head! I was told that the color could not be fixed because of all the chemicals that had already been used in my hair that day so at this point I have to walk around looking like a freak and being so embarrassed or go spend more money and figure out how to cover my head until my hair grows back out and see if I can fix it then. So I have to deal with this for another six to eight weeks or more before I can even start the process of getting my hair fixed. This is humiliating and embarrassing to have to deal with for such a long time. I paid 150.00 to have this horrific embarrassing action performed on my hair! Oh they did not even offer to refund me but they did give me a bag of goodies which included a roll hair brush that I can not even use cause I don’t even have enough hair to brush more less roll as I dry!! I really did appreciate Austin for trying to fix my hair and being so compassionate but I should have been refunded my money!!
