EXTREMELY POOR customer service. I almost walked out because the lady was so rude. The stylist name was Janet and she acted like she did not want to cut my son's hair. When we walked in she yelled for the other lady but she was on the phone. I always introduce my son to whoever will be cutting his hair and when I did she was like "are you going to put him in the seat?". I should have walked out right then! She refused to do his hair the way I asked her to. She had no patience. You could tell she didn't like her job. You guys need to get people in there that want to be there so that customers will want to come. I won't be back!

Asked for a trim, maybe a fourth inch taken off..... feel as if over an inch was taken off ðŸ˜” my hair turned out WAYYYY shorter than expected and what was asked. Not happy at all and canâ€™t say I want to go back. I been trying to grow my hair out for months and feel like this was such a set back....

I have been going here for years and love the price and cuts! I typically use Lena, but have had a couple of others cut my hair. I used to spend upwards of a $50 for a cut alone and $125 plus for cut and color. No more! There are differences, like they don't wash your hair first. So I go in with freshly washed hair and without products in my hair. I also bring a picture as an example of what type of cut I'm looking for. I've always felt my $11 plus tip was well spent.
