Be careful! I had a wonderful stylist there, she was fabulous, worked out a special color recipe - amazing. But then she left. I knew it was not going well, when the color was not completely applied to my hair, I should have RUN when the dryer was used on the foils for a LONG time. Then the shock, the lighting, the true situation was not realized until the next day. My normally strong, healthy hair felt like burnt grass. I have made an appointment (elsewhere) to minimize the damage, but the only solution I see is a short pixie cut. For success - spell it out unless you find my fabulous stylist - who was a true artist. My relationship with that salon is now over. A bad cut can be forgiven, burned, straw-like hair can not.

Called ar 6:30 pm on Tuesday, October 10th...petsin that answered.. I booked two appointments for haircuts for myself and my boy. Get there at 5..Jean Anne says she can't get to me until 5:30, possibly 5:45 as she was still working on highlights. She didn't even have the 2nd appointment in her system.. I blame the lady that answered and failed to book both appointments and Jean Anne for not keeping up with her appointment books. Piss poor.... I saw her often to have my hair cut... Now I'll find someone else.
