Noticing that they weren't busy one day while picking something up in the mall I stopped in to get just a trim. My hair is naturally curly but I flat iron it most of the time. On this day it was straight. First thing, I warned her that it is very curly. This lady went into telling me that it was no problem. All this lady had to do was trim my already existing layers. As she started spraying it with the spray bottle she just kept saying Oh my, it is curly isnt it. The wetter it got the more it curled and the more nervous this woman seemed to be. But she just kept telling me her "rules" of curly hair and I kept trying to tell her the way it's usually done. It was like she was trying to convince herself that she knew what she was doing. Her hands were shaking about halfway in to the haircut. She was very uptight and rude to my 4 year old who was just standing beside the chair. What I left with was a hacked up mess that cost me 34.00. I had to call a friend to recommend someone to fix it for me and then pay someone to fix it. Lesson: Never ever get a haircut on a whim
