This is a revision to the review I wrote earlier. The owner, Sharon, reached out to me after my negative experience. She wanted to do whatever she could to make things right. I returned to the salon today and was taken care of by Haley. What a totally different experience. Haley listened to me, discussed and made suggestions but was totally open to what I wanted and thought. She worked with me to come up with a plan to remedy the bad cut and color I had gotten earlier. I was not optimistic that anything could be done, but I was surprised. She made my color fantastic and shiny. She conditioned it so that it was soft and shiny. She fixed the cut so that I love it. Most of all, I felt that she valued my feelings, thoughts and time. When I walked out, I was thrilled with my look. Even my husband couldn't get over how much better it looked. I highly recommend Haley and Beau Monde Salon and am so glad I went back in for their remedy. I feel like I am a new woman now after their excellent treatment and in knowing they truly care about their customers and the experience they have in their salon.

Very Disappointed.... Getting married in August and they wouldn't even talk to me about setting up an appoinment.Said they were full and I hadn't even given her a date. :-(

I love Beau Monde ..Holly is my stylist and she is the sweetest and has taking great care of my hair..wouldn't go anywhere else

Very relaxed atmosphere. Kayleigh totally professional. Listened to what I wanted and consulted with me. Very reasonable pricing for the excellent services she provided. Beautiful work, thank you!
