I was so disappointed and upset today. I drove two and half hour to have my hair done for a wedding this week. But, my name was not in the system eventhough I scheduled weeks ago and confirmed it again 2 days before my appointment. The lady in the reception was unapologetic and not accommodating at all about the mix up. She was rude to me as if it was my fault. I even had an email and phone confirmation for the appointment. I chose my beautician and what services I wanted in advance. She only said we were not scheduled rudely, and just offered to be scheduled a week later and tried to get us to leave. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SALON. I will never try and go again.

I was with a male friend who set up a haircut appointment. We got there 5-10 minutes early, waited a half hour and they still wouldn't take him in. Meanwhile they were taking in other people coming in for later appointments. Workers were just standing around too. This place is trash and I can't wait until they close for good because Kohl's is the better JC Penney anyway.

I cannot say enough about how well I am treated when Tia cuts my hair. She is usually booked solid so I make sure I get in well ahead of time when I am due for a trim!

I've had a couple different stylists cut my hair here and all amazing and super nice! They're quick too so you can get on with your day.

Diann does a fantastic job from trimming my hair to coloring. I love my long length of hair so when its time for trimming I get hesitant because usually more gets chopped off more than I'd desire. But Diann did a perfect job. She colored & styled my hair for my wedding day and I'm 100% satisfied.
