Zarha was working. She had to call Maddy to the front from across the store because her radio wasn't on. Maddy then checked us out, but tried to call a manger on the radio for help, but no one came. She then had to go get Brittney to help from the way back of the store. There was nobody helping the only cashier at all even though there was a large line of 6 people. I get there's other things to do, but Maddy wasn't helping anyone in her department at the time and the manager Brittany was just very unfriendly to the customer (she didn't even look at my friend or I). Maybe Zarha should be manager rather than the unhelpful staff members at this store. But it's the only ULTA so of course I'll be back, but I don't want to.

I love Ulta Beauty! It is a store that has pretty much everything all in one place. Every time I go there the girls are so nice and willing to help. Sometimes I see they are understaffed but even then, someone will always come and help me. I love the rewards system also. The points add up fast and I always have money to use towards my purchases. The return system is also awesome for rewards members because you you can return anything even if you've opened it, which is nice for drug store brands that don't have testers or for products that just don't work well for me. Also, I know a big concern is that they will be out a free gift when a customer goes to check out but some customers need to realize that all of their signs say while supplies last. Every time I have gone they have substituted something in place of the gift that is out of stock. I love Ulta and all the rewards, coupons, and gifts you get when you sign up for the free rewards system. It's so nice having everything I need all in one place.

Decided to treat myself to a signature haircut with deep conditioning treatment and did not leave disappointed! Shay manages a great salon and did a fabulous job making me feel welcome and relaxed. I will definitely be back again!
