I made an appt for my daughter 2 months ago with a hairstylist that specializes in ethnic hair. The appt was made for a prom up-do. I drove 2 1/2 hrs to Dickinson for the appt only to find out the hairstylist was not at work due to sickness. You cannot control when a hairstylist is sick. What Regis didnâ€™t do was notify me in advance and give alternative options. I was never informed from the manager. This is UNACCEPTABLE especially when your driving for 2 1/2 hrs and the manager doesnâ€™t make a point of informing you when the up-do is for a big event and not anyone can do ethnic hair. Thank you DESTINY for stepping up and being able to get my daughter ready for her prom.

I popped in to inquire about the price of a haircut Iâ€™ve been considering, it was my day off from work and I was wearing sweats, the woman I talked to talked to me like I was insignificant probably because I wasnâ€™t dressed to her standards. The tone she had was quite noticeably rude, and based on the way I was poorly treated I will not be back to this salon and I will not recommend to friends or family. This is simply unacceptable ignorant behavior. I am very disappointed in what Regis calls customer service.

It is called Rustic Salon. It is a very nice place and I get a good haircut

Very rude customer service. Asked for more layers in my hair, semi long bangs on both sides and a trim.... only got a trim and VERY uneven and choppy "bangs". She didn't even try to blend or fade the unevenness she just tried to curl it and just told me it won't look so bad and uneven once it's styled. Honestly should've just had my 2 year old son cut my hair.... he would've done a better and more even job. WAAAAAYYYY over priced for the literal 4 minutes it took her to do my hair. My husband even got his hair cut here with the same girl and she did a terrible choppy job on his basic men's cut too. Dont have Emily do it!
