DONT GO HERE. A horrible experience that will stick with me for a life time and left me never wanting to go back to a salon. Overbooked and understaffed, left us waiting for nearly two hours when we made an early morning appointment two weeks in advance to prep for an event and arrived there early. I needed a toner for my blonde hair to get out some overly green hues. They used harsh purple shampoo after telling them I already tried that at home, then proceeded to do a bleach wash and left it in for too long. That didn’t work, go figure. Then put ashy toner in my hair which has green undertones and that made it WORSE. Then put a toner with orange /red undertones as they should have to begin with to cancel out the green. I shouldn’t have known more than them or should have told them how to do their job. My hair was FRIED!!! That’s an understatement really. They didn’t even condition it!! Suggested it was all my fault (my hair arrived in excellent, moisturized condition?!?!) and I should come back and pay for a Malibu hair treatment (which isn’t going to fix anything). They wanted to do a Malibu to begin with and I told them no because I don’t even have hard water, that’s not what it’s from. The green was remnants of blue based dye. I told them that over the phone for the appnt even. Apparently they have no clue what they are doing. They couldn’t even get a comb though my hair It was so dry and matted at this point. I didn’t get the style I wanted, barely could even straighten it! paid more than what I was quoted of course to leave with my hair in deplorable condition (that took months to remedy) and for a straightened look I could have achieved better at home. They didn’t even have time for a good trim to top it off. All of this could have been avoided. It was a nightmare. I wanted a toner, some barrel curls and trim. My fiancé wanted a simple cut. Didn’t even have time to do him AT ALL! I had to go home and fix my hair and his own. We were a mess for the event and I was so disappointed because I never had issues with them before. Never again will set foot in that place. you couldn’t pay me to go back.

They do an amazing job on waxing eyebrows however their haircuts I would give a two and a half out of five stars

Always go here! Did an Awesome job as always! It's shorter than I wanted but I will get healthier hair in the long run.

Ok I rarely leave anything under a 4-5 star but this was beyond ridiculous. The hair cut was cute, however its not what she (my daughter) wanted when we went in today, the lady was mostly just talking her into what im assuming she wanted. So my daughter had about 11-12 inches in a pre made ponytail b4 we even went in to get a cut, when my daughter sat down i said we want to keep this and i held the pony tail & pointed to cut right above it, my daughter wanted a short bob top cut anyways. I go to sit down & i look over she took the pony tail out & cuts it at about 8in or less after she sprayed leave in conditioner in it? I said hey we were keeping that pony tail, she claims she did not know & that she would collect all the now maybe 8inch hair & i said its wet you sprayed it with water and conditioner, oh shed wash it now? I said no, mostly because im not staying even longer so you can pick up hair off the floor & wash and dry it. The hair was for locks of love thats why it was in the ponytail. I got a whole $2 off a almost $15 cut b/c they put in conditioner? It didn't make scence. I needed an honest apology, not a turn it into our fault when it was said when she sat down, lots of denial. It takes awhile to grow out that hair to donate & my daughter keeps a huge chunk in the back dye free just to donate for that cause. I still gave her a tip for a nice cut (& its her living people need $ to survive) , except my daughter is to shy to be like hey thats not what i wanted, & we both just wanted to go at that point anyways. Actually listen to your current client instead of worrying about 3 other things. Possibly under staffed? No clue. We will not be going back to the hair salon there again.

My son was butchered all the hair was chopped off not by far what he asked for she just saved all his hair off. He never wanted to go get another hair cut after that she was in a rush just chopped it all off . Very upset very.
