Typically see Annie for a damn good cut. Tori from the Springfield shop sat the seat when I showed up. Just as good and friendly. Thx ya'll.

Staff is always friendly and there's always a short wait when I arrive. UPDATE: I'd just like to say thanks to the staff at this location. Several times now, spanned out over a few months between visits, I've come in for a haircut and each time they knew me by name and what I wanted to have done. Extremely impressed by this and I appreciate the effort put forward.

I recently stopped in to get a conditioning treatment, and had exceptional service! Not only was I impressed with the treatment, I received phenomenal service! I will definitely be returning for my trims and treatments. I did notice a difference in work ethic between stylist. If you want your hair done flawlessly the first time, ask for Cheyenne! You will not be disappointed!

Annie is great and always listens to what you want done with your hair... She truly cares about customer service and enjoys what she does! I highly recommend her and will keep coming back to her. The salon is clean and employees are all very friendly. Keep up the great work!

Like a few other reviewers mentioned I have also had weird experiences / bad haircuts mostly limited to 1 employee and I was hesitant to return. Was glad to find out today that Jill is no longer with the company. Great haircut from Jessie, exactly what I asked for and looked better than I'd hoped. Reasonably priced, quick, and convenient. I'll be back!
