I should probably have to ask one of these extremely intelligent folks where the restroom is mmmmmm......at least three or four times before anyone acknowledges the fact that I am speaking before they say......huh? I'm pretty sure one can find a better place for an overpriced haircut. That is all.

Several girls messed up my son's hair on several occasions. I see one girl and one girl only and she does great. However my complaint is about the ridiculous wait time. The last 2 times I have been here have been over an hour wait. Yes, I use online check in. I checked in at 5:55 pm and it is now 7:35 pm and there is still one person ahead of me. I am waiting to see someone specific however there are only 3 girls here in total on they are rotating breaks. More staff is needed, period.
