The manager Taylor spent 7hrs on my hair and trying her very best to make me happy...however my hair is still not how I wanted it to be. She said she was confused as to how I wanted it, and I had shown her what I wanted in the beginning. She was very nice and cut my hair very well, but would not suggest going there to get your hair colored. Plus she seemed like the only person in there who knew how to cut hair. The other stylist was doing a bad job cutting hair in the chair next to me that Taylor had to step in and finish the other client before returning back to me. They were all very nice and patient people, but I would not suggest this place. And the picture posted below was from a yr ago from the last manager Michelle who was awesome and I'm sad she's not working at fiesta anymore.

This place is horrendous. None of the staff is trained in waxing properly. They either don't care or received their license to work on people from a joke school. The haircuts are always uneven. I haven't met one stylist here who knows what they are doing. It's my fault for trying to give them a chance over and over again because I end up screwed in the end. Also, how does no one know how to use a giftcard here. If you aren't going to train staff on running giftcards then don't sell them. I have money on one that will never be used because this place is a joke. Honestly. Don't come here. They only ever have one person working at a time and it's awful guest service every time. Get your act together Fiesta Salons!

All the ladies that work here are wonderful. It's nice to be able to walk into a business and they know your name and know how you want your hair cut. I've been coming to this location for about 3 years now, about once every 2 months. They know how to treat someone right and are always very nice to me!

When I moved to the Dayton area, I thought I'd NEVER find someone that I could trust not to Jack up my hair. However, I found the perfect hairdresser at Fiesta. She is great. I will never let another person touch my hair.

Ask for a size 2 on the side and back which was done right. However I asked for 2 inches to be taken off the top, I had hair that was around 6 inches long, they cut in down to about 1.5 inches on top. If I wanted that I'd get a $5 haircut at Great clips. Instead I paid $17 for a half assed job.
