Brought my niece to get her hair done 9/11 2020 at 3:00 woman told us to come back at 345 no big deal we return and she left before we had returned not very professional at all I do not recommend going here

I have two stars because they have the ability to set an appointment online. I also have two stars because I used their website to make an appointment. The problem is that when I showed ontime for my scheduled appointment, they weren't ready for me and wanted me wait twenty minutes, about.

Everyone here is sweet and amazing at cutting hair! They all have great attitudes and have no problem fixing any issues you may see/have. They are a great group of girls who work great together. I’ve had every single one of them cut/style my hair and have been more than satisfied each time.

Took my granddaughter there to get hair cut. Very disappointed with the stylist and her lack of professionalism! Requested shampoo, cut and style. Cost me 25.95. First, stylist worked soooooo slow combing her hair from top to bottom. Didn't even section her hair to get tangles out. Then did not section off her hair when cutting. Combed from top of head to nape of neck and made one cut. Continued around head doing exact same thing. Did not even ck to see if sides were even. Began to blow dry her hair. Never used a round brush or any other, just her fingers. Showed my granddaughter her hair, she is 10 and liked the length. Told her she was done. After we walked out, I felt her hair, and the back was still very wet! I am a retired hairdresser and was an instructor for 10 years! I never sent a client out or permitted my students to send someone out the door like this!! I will NEVER return to this shop again!! What a RIP off! Shame on this stylist! The only reason I didn't say anything at the time, was my granddaughter loved the length.
