I have gotten hair cuts here before it’s fine for adults. I would not take a small child here for a cut they have a chair design that supposed to have a buckle but the buckle doesn’t work. Lady refused to cut my toddlers hair after already starting so I left with a crooked cut. I know children can be uncooperative but this was not my child’s first cut we have been to many other stylist that have been able to work my daughters through getting a successful cut and this was just a bang cut. The lady was nice but I was unhappy obviously leaving with a crooked cut. Needless to say I didn’t pay for it ;she kindly didn’t ask me to.

Went to this place on a whim. Stylist was very kind and communicative with me. Asked many good questions concerning my hair, worked with me, and gave me extra ideas. Great visit overall and a great stylist. Also wasn't expensive.

I've been regularly getting my haircut at this Famous Hair location for sometime. The only person that I had complete confidence in, retired soon after I started. Since then, some good cuts...some not so good. Was long overdue for a cut, so I phoned to find out how late someone would be there today. The girl said, '4 o'clock. Why?' I thought it was odd that she asked, 'Why?' I said, 'Because I am going to try to make it in for a haircut.' When I arrived the young girl said she was sorry, but, 'We close at four. And I won't have time to cut your hair.' I told her that I just called to make sure that someone would be available to cut my hair. (And she is the one that I had spoken with). She never explained why she didn't tell me on the phone. But simply repeated, 'I'm sorry.' a couple more times and referred me down the road. I don't think anyone there has taken more than 10 minutes to cut my hair. 15 minutes maybe, on an exceptional day??? I walked out very frustrated, checking the time at 3:50. I'm very familiar with hair salons, having grown up in the business. Famous Hair. Extremely inconsiderate, with no accountability!
