It was so blessed to have a hairdresser that was able to fix the mess of my last haircut. I left leaving so happy which was not the situation prior leaving a different salon. I will be back!

I went on a very busy day, I forgot to check in online but the were still able to get to me in less than 20 minutes. I am pretty sure they take notes on what you had done last because the person that cut my hair already knew how I wanted it. This was only my second visit.

Edit: Jennie, the manager, welcomed us back and corrected the damage Dawn did. Jennie was immensely kind and lovely. If you absolutely HAVE to go here, avoid Dawn at all costs. My husband just came home with the worst haircut I have ever seen.

I went in there to get a couple inches across the bottom off. She suggested that I get a few long layers in the back for fullness. I agreed. I left with 2 inch layers all over my head. I was crying. I went to my regular stylist, and she tried to fix it. Not only were there layers everywhere, but they were uneven. What a nightmare! I will NEVER go to Great Clips again!

Everyone is professional and friendly. Shandy is very good; been seeing her exclusively. She listens well and does what you ask. She will look at photos to help understand the look you want. And best of all, you won't go broke looking trim and neat!!
