Only gave it a 1 because I couldn't give it a zero! The girl didn't know WHAT she was doing, and butched my already short hair. I had a straight line going across the back of my hair where there was supposed to be layers, bangs where choppy and uneven and nothing was blended. I ran out of there and straight to JC Penny's where the girl was thankfully able to save it. I highly recommend going there. Don't know why I didn't in the first place.

First let me say the cut was fantastic BUT the color well that's a mess. The top of my hair is orange! Yes orange. I have naturally blonde hair and just wanted a little color (ash tone) in my hair. I have never had this happen before. It's so embarrassing ....you got to the Salon to feel better...spruce yourself up and walk out $100 later feeling like you need to crawl in a hole. I am beyond upset and I have to just deal with it or risk damaging my hair to fix it. Do your self a favor and call another salon.
