I’ve always loved going here however I’m super disappointed that we waited well over the estimated time of 15 minuets and I’m looking around watching some chatting away. I finally asked if they forgot my son and she said well Im done by 6pm. I really thought we would get turned away and I about walked out. She’s got an attitude the whole time. The lady asked me if that’s how my son liked his hair. I nod yes and then she asked again just to get me to speak it..I can barely talk cause I’ve lost my voice so I’m not sure who wouldn’t know the universal nod yes. I’ll think twice before returning which I’m so upset about since I’ve always liked going here. She can give an attitude and looks but I’m not the one who mislead a customer.

So I took my sister for a haircut. She has very thick, curly, colored (to cover grey) hair which can be difficult to manage. Amber cut and styled her hair. Since we couldn't find a picture to show, I asked her to thin it and layer it short, out of her eyes. Voila!!! We got exactly what we asked for. Additionally, Amber was sweet and very patient. We are thrilled to begin our day this way! The wait was short...about 20 mins and they were packed! All together, the experience was very enjoyable and we will go there again next haircut.

This is the only place I get my hair cut. Everyone in here does an excellent job. My whole family gets cuts here and we love it.

I went to get highlights and a cut a month ago.The girl who did my hair was new there and did a poor job on my highlights.I didn't realize at first untill later that day.She stood behind me the whole time she did my color even the front of my hair.So the front where my bangs are,the highlights are very uneven,and not close to the roots at all.I am very disappointed in it and that was over $90.00 down the drain.
