Usually I come in and I feel like they know me- how I got my hair cut last time and that I usually get the MVP. However, this last time I came in and they had this new automated touchpad sign in system, which didn't seem bad in itself. However, the employee(s?) seemed to have completely lost the personal element. They no longer knew what haircut I usually get, did not know that I normally get the MVP and didn't even try to upsell me on the MVP while cutting my hair. I politely reminded them that I wanted the MVP.
The MVP service then seemed lackluster in intensity- the towel on my face was lukewarm, and I had to remind the stylist that the massage chair wasn't turned on.
I know you guys can do better than this. Every single time at any Sport Clips has been great, except this time, and the difference in service was startling.
