Went there 09/06/18 at about 1:45 in the afternoon. Upon entering the shop there was no one to be found it appeared to be empty. I waited about 5 minutes and opened the door a few more times just to make sure the door chimes we're working, sat for a few more minutes and in a somewhat loud voice sad hello still nothing. A few minutes later a woman walked out of the back area to the middle of the store looking my way most of her stroll. I thought well now I can get my hair cut. I was wrong this person plopped herself down in a station chair folded her legs under her while she read a paper and eat red licorice. I thought well maybe she is just finishing her break. A few more minutes went by and new employees started coming in and one of those immediately saw me and came to the register and asked if I were waiting for someone, I said I was waiting on her ( pointing to the seated employee) but I guess she was not working today, where upon I left. It appeared to me she was truly waiting on the other employees to arrive so she could sit on her .... chair and not take care of customers.

Spent more time waiting them my haircut actually took. Stylist totally phoned in my hair cut and totally looks like sh**. Terrible fade, inconsistent length throughout. Now I have to shave off this terrible hair cut and will lose $20 in the process. Great Clips needs to control the quality of stylist from person to person.

Disappointed in the lack of patients with a child. My daughter has only had 1 other hair cut in her life, which I mentioned to the stylist as I picked my daughter up to sit her in the chair. She wasn't keeping her head completely still which I imagine would be a rather common occurrence that stylist have had to deal with. The stylist and was very short with my daughter, getting rather aggravated , though my daughter still kept smiling through it. When the stylist said to my daughter, "you see these scissors, if you don't keep your head still, you will make me cut myself". I get it, really, but was that exactly necessary? I spoke up and said, "you know sitting still isn't exactly easy for a 3 year old". At that point, the stylist then changed her whole attitude, was super nice to my daughter and talkative. I took her to great clips because its fast and convenient and they experience all ages demographics daily. My daughter had a great time there for her first hair cut, I thought this would be the same. I had planned on getting my hair trimmed while we were already there, but cancelled after that experience! Will not return.

The wait can be pretty long sometimes but depending upon who you get the wait is worth it. I would call or go online and place an appointment and make sure that you find the right hair stylist for you.
