Just now found this review page. I received the worst cut ever at this salon. I was told by a very self-impressed young stylist the terminology I used was incorrect. It was the same terminology used by the stylist with over 40 years experience who cut my hair before her retirement. The price is slightly above average for Chillicothe so I expected an AT LEAST average cut. The cut was uneven besides not being the style I requested. I returned to the salon within 10 minutes of leaving when I discovered how bad the cut actually was. No manager was on duty so had to return the next day. An assistant manager did what was possible to correct the cut but there was no help for the style. Refused to refund my money but gave me a voucher for a 'free' cut. There is nothing free about paying for something you didn't receive in the first place. Returned about 5 weeks later to the same assistant only because I was still owed the cut I paid for. It's been almost 5 months since the initial cut and still waiting for the hair to grow out enough for a competent stylist to cut in the style I wear. Apparently this chain of salons is all about fast cuts. There's a huge difference between fast and good! There's nothing great about these clips!

I like it better than Jackson or Athens. Those girls are really good in Chillicothe.

I live getting my hair cut at this specific store. The girls are all very respectful to a customer and always speak you me as I am sitting in their chair. I can have general conversations with the girls and they talk and express interest in the conversation as they go to work.

I came in to Great Clips today for a simple haircut, the same thing I always get. I had Abigail as my stylist. She began cutting and then proceeded to ask what I wanted, starting cutting then stopped and said “I’m sorry I just don’t understand what you want” Then called over another stylist for “help”. The sides are uneven with one side choppy and the other just a triangle, also with too much taken off the top. This haircut that should have taken 5 minutes took 35. It’s safe to say, I won’t be back.
