Love , love , love Pam, Phuong , and Sara!! Such wonderful stylists , with marvelous personalities. As you can see in the pic, Pam is covering the grey and coloring , and darkening my thinning , grey/blonde eyebrows. She also hydroplanes my hairy face for free. I’m old ok ? ;-)

I asked for caramel highlight and even after reasssuring me that they would get me the color the outcome was a honey blonde. Then when she realized it wasn't the right color she said she would fix it and gave me a dark brown ombre. I am not satisfied and I don't recommend them to anyone because she charged me 193 dollars for a job she knew I wasn't satisfied with and she shouldn't have reassured me that she would give me the color if she knew she couldn't do it.

I asked for the color I want , she said im a professional I can do it, in the end the color was totally diffrent !!! I'm disappointed absolutely unprofessional 😡😡😡

chic and beautiful inside! had a wonderful experience with Chelsea, she cut my hair exactly how I asked and was so understanding with my questions. super professional staff will absolutely be back
