I used to love this place. Got my eyebrows done there a few times in the past. I went recently and he prices went up, and they butchered my eyebrows I had beustifui thick brows and I expressed exactly how I wanted. They actually joked about how specific I was. She didn’t do a single thing I asked and made my brows into small thin commas like hers. It was how she liked it she said many times she liked them like that. Not what I want or not what I asked for. I did receive a refund which I appreciate but I will not return.

Used to love this place. My family has been going here for a very long time. All of my daughters had their first hair cuts here. We had a negative experience with a cut & highlighting; called for a solution. The front desk lady offered little help & had zero concern regarding the matter. As patrons, I reiterate how long we've been here & how normally we are pleased. Again, she had a "don't let the door hit you on the way out" mentality. We can forgive a bad haircut & highlight- even though I do think they should have corrected it or refunded me some or part of the $125. But the lack of concern is why I will never be back .

I went to go to a specific person and ended up with someone else. I absolutely LOVED how she cut and styled my hair! It's exactly what I wanted and I got a free mini facial and head massage. It was amazing... Will definitely go back! And the one on Brown St was beautiful! Thanks for making my appointment special! Oh and I got free samples!

I've been going to Studio One for about 6 years. Their staff is wonderful and very courteous. My stylist, Mary, is fantastic! She loves to do my hair, because it's a short, fun style. She always does a perfect job and she's so sweet. I leave feeling pampered and I get great compliments on my hair. I'm so glad I found this place! It's a little on the pricey side, but worth it for a quality job and friendly service.

Stylist Pam Hildebrand is incompetent and unprofessional. She spent the entire service gossiping about co-workers, random derogatory remarks about other clients, the extra marital affairs of the staff and drama drama drama . Hair cut and pedicure was sub par. Definitely will never return.
