I usually dont rate places, but the lack of customer service really left a bad taste in my mouth. I took my two younger kids here for a haircut before school starts next week. I have complaints about the hair cut, or price. But the service just wasn't there.
First impression: we were checked in quickly, (by Angela I think... that's what the receipt said) but she made no attempt at eye contact or a smile. Hell, I would have been satisfied with a half hearted smile, but nothing! It only got worse when she told me I had to tell her what size guard to use for my son's hair since we wanted it a little longer than usual. There was very little attempt to collaborate with me to decide what size to pick. She showed little interest in working to show us how to pick a size...
This same lady checked us out, and again made almost no attempts at eye contact, or small talk, or "thanks for stopping by today". It was like we were inconveniencing her by being there. I didn't want to tip her, but felt guilty that I was tipping the other stylist who was much more friendly!
The lady who cut my daughter's hair (Katina I believe) was very friendly and made small talk with her. She can train the other staff in customer service. I would recommend her anytime!
