Apparently should have read the reviews before going here. Also, when she said “I’ve done so many haircuts today...” I probably should have taken that as a hint. But I didn’t. So now here I am, getting ready to go out of town tomorrow and have a ton of things to do, but instead I’m in the bathroom trying to cut the long pieces of my hair and try to hide the way to short spots. Most likely will not be returning. My hair is short and there’s not a lot to work with so getting a bad haircut is REALLY bad.
Edit: 9/5/18 It’s not been a week since my unfortunate experience at this great clips location. I emailed the email address provided in the reply and they stated that they reached out to this particular great clips as it’s a franchise store and they would be contacting me. Nothing. Sent another email, they said they would reach out to the franchise again and have them contact me. Still nothing. Clearly the franchise doesn’t care about their clientele since they can’t be bothered to- at the very least- send a simple apology email.
