I give Salon Lofts credit for a beautifully cool place, but give the hair stylist a zero. Autumn Amber Smith at Salon Lofts In Bridgewater, Loft 6... should have a bad taste in her mouth. I do not recommend her cutting ability’s! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Also, she refuses to fully refund money! She wants to fix cut and color. But at abouve shoulder length already, how do I allow her to TRY AND FIX, an already screwed up cut from her? No one I know would allow the same person to make another mistake. And going up another inch to correct a botch job! It looks like a two year old played with her barbies hair. I have screenshots and pictures to prove my case. And Autumn deleted and blocked everything. So no one could see what happened. Super unprofessional about it all and obviously needs more training on the cutting section from school. I NEVER leave reviews. But this one was a must. She never refunds money. Just fixes it for free. Be warned! Red flag RIGHT THERE!

DO NOT GO HERE! If they butcher your hair their “policy” is no refunds! (Red flag #1!!!) Autumn does horrendous work! She does chop jobs and blotchy coloring and bleach. Then when you confront her she blames you! Saying you must’ve moved pieces of your hair!!! Who does that?!?! Worst hair cut/color and bleach job I’ve EVER seen!

The salon itself may be a decent place but the hairstylist Autumn Smith is HORRIBLE and extremely unprofessional! Along with even worse customer service skills . Screws up hair and REFUSES to give refunds because she put “to much time” into it , even though she admitted she did a horrendous job!!!!! Screwed up an extremely easy haircut and covered it up with a style . Stay away!

I wish I could give less than 1 star. Please do not get your hair done by Autumn Amber Smith. Not only will she butcher your hair but she has ZERO customer service skills. Want to have your hair chopped into zig zags and then be gaslighted? Then Autumn is the right fit! Stay away!

Cassie has been my hairstylist for many years. She does a fantastic job and will listen to what you would like and in the end always better than expected!
