Courtney is the BEST. Being going to her for years. She does great color and awesome cuts. Plus, her personality is amazing, so I look forward to seeing her each time. She is truly a designer/stylist/professional. Go see her!!!

Terrible experience at the Solon location. Paid over $100 for highlights, only to have miscommunication between the stylist and the hairwasher to treat me with a dark brown toner instead of a blonde toner. Hair turned brown and washed out brassy Orange. When I called them, they could not get me in for fix THEIR mistake until a week later. After having Orange hair all week, I arrived a few minutes late to appt only for them to say they didn't not have time for me. Worst customer service and worst hair experience I have ever had! They care more about headcount than the customer. Do not recommend

Very nice, reasonable prices. Excellent customer service. Will definitely be making this my regular salon.

The staff is friendly and courteous. The salon is smaller than their other locations but which works to their advantage. The atmosphere is r relaxed and not rushed.
