Frustration! I checked in online to Great Clips on Dorothy Lane to get my haircut. They smelled gas so I waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes, with the 2 sylists and a customer half completed that had been in the chair, while the fire department cleared the building for us to enter. Upon entering, Wanda shows up and walks in.....LATE. Because she checked in online before I did, she got to go first. I would have been in the chair and done ! I just wasted my whole lunch hour . I guess I'm finding a new hair salon.

If there was a way to negative stars I would. After a bad experience at another of this franchise's locations, the owner tried to make it right by offering a free haircut. When I went back, they had no idea because she hadn't followed through. After 25 years of being a customer, I will never go back.

Great all around experience. I checked in online and was in and out in no time. Emily cut my hair and did an excellent job with almost no instruction. I will be a returning customer for sure.
