I've been here twice for bang trims and Ericha is wonderful for that. I also like the atmosphere here, and the Twin Peaks on the TV while waiting today for my second appointment was a nice touch. Love this place! (Picture is from a month ago)

Hit and miss with stylists. It would be nice if they were upfront with their stylists experience levels. I've gone here on multiple occasions and had some strange experiences. The last girl to cut my hair was just out of beauty school. If I had know that before sitting in the chair I would have declined her and asked for someone with more experience. My hair is still growing out from the trim I asked for, and 4 inches she actually cut off. With that said...you pay for what you get. And I'll be sure to ask next time for someone else.

Long story short...save your time and money if you're making an appointment for a special occasion. Because they're not reliable and they won't do anything to accommodate you if your stylist cancels last minute. But if u don't require reliability or qualify customer service make an apt. Their stylists are talented when they come to work.
