I would give 0 stars if that were possible. I have naturally curly hair and have been looking for new styling options. I told my stylist I was open to anything but straight. She then asked if I would consider using a flat iron. When I reiterated no straight styles her response was, then what you have now seems good.
After that debacle, at the end she asked how i normally blow dry my hair. I told her with a diffuser and she said they don't have one. I'm sorry, what?!
She also wasn't going to put any product in until i asked her too. End of the day i left with my same cut, some color I'm frankly scared to even look at and still searching for a new salon.
Notice for anyone with curly hair, go somewhere else.
