Is always a great experience! There's a reason he teaches about customer service. He has it right. The staff is consistent. LOVE Monica - she is amazing with color and stays educated on all the latest cutting techniques and styles. Is a beautiful spa experience too!

I went to John Robert's mayfield salon when it first opened and came back after college. It has been, and continues to be, a wonderful salon for men's haircuts. The stylists are excellent (based on personal experience, I highly recommend Bethany or Brynn) as well as helpful for those like me with little fashion sense, the staff are always warm and welcoming, and the salon itself clean, relaxing, and well-organized. I recommend John Roberts to any man looking for a great haircut.

I got a perm and it turned out wonderful! Soft, wavy, no frizz, and no drying out. I love it!!!! Mary is excellent. A true professional. All the staff that I met were very helpful and kind. I would recommend John Roberts based on the highly skilled staff and their ability to make you feel comfortable. Relax and enjoy.

I have come here for years for my hair, nail, and massage needs. I will only go to Mayfield Hts. John Roberts Spa. I feel like I am on vacation every time I go. Julie, Melanie, Ella, Jenna, Kelly G. exceed my expectations every time. Eric and John are professional manager and owner respectively and take an interest in their clients! Kudos to all!

Do I love this place or what? Well let's see? The owner is world renowned for books on customer service and the whole atmosphere shows. I've only ever gotten my hair cut at John Roberts and I will be a customer for life. Enjoy the Aveda tea while you are there!
