DO NOT COME HERE! The review might be a little long, but stay with me. I used to love this place, I came here all the time. I had an appointment at 5 one day. Went in a couple minutes early and they said it's going to be a couple minute wait. That's fine, she was finishing up with someone else and I was early. I didn't go back until 5:30, so I was a little annoyed since my appointment was supposed to be a half hour ago. I wanted to get the tips of my hair bleached. So she started bleaching the ends, it was going good. But my then I felt the back of my head start heating up, then it became this unbearable burning pain. I was basically screaming in my seat to get this washed out and my lady kept saying "let me finish up first". So eventually I get everything washed out of my hair. They kept me in the shampoo seat for an hour, just sitting there. They went on to the rest of their appointments, I think they checked up on me all of 2 times, in an hour! Then they put me back in the salon seat, and kept me there, again, while they focused on everyone else, like I was a problem they didn't want to deal with. I wouldn't have been annoyed about them taking other appointments but my appointment started a half hour late, and mine appointment was scheduled before the others. So after everyone left, and there was only about a half hour until they closed, they started drying my hair. Then I saw my hair... Then ends of my hair were PINK!! And the ends were so fried and dead, they ruined my hair! My lady said exactly this, "I never make promises on hair, but I promise you the pink will fade within a couple days" My hair was pink for 2 months. And they charged me!!!!!!! I went back the next day because there was still dye in my hair (I got my roots done and they said don't take a shower). They rinsed it out, and found conditioner left in my hair. And I found out that I got chemically burned, I had second degree burns all over the back of my head. They did absolutely nothing!!!!! They didn't compensate for burning me, they said they would call me for the best course of action to fix my hair, nothing. AND they wanted me to come back in, get a conditioning treatment and pay for the damage they did to my hair. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE EVER!!!!!!!!!

I've always had a good experience here, but I will say that the chemical smells can be a bit overpowering here at times. That is the only reason I give them a four.

Always professional! Always courteous! My hair cut and color looks fabulous! Valentine's Day was so special, I was treated to a free Gel manicure, and glass of wine while my color processed. Best Valentine's Day ever!! Love the customer service!
