Candie has been styling/cutting/coloring my hair for 24 years! I have followed her from salon to salon until she opened her own place. She has been cutting our entire family's hair for several years now and we drive across town (45 mins) every 3 weeks. She is that good! As to the other reviewer - one person can only work so many hours and I'm thrilled that she has enough business to be selective with new customers. I'm sorry she couldn't fit you in at the time you called, but perhaps you would be willing to try again. She's obviously talented and well liked by her clientele.

When the idea of "poor customer service" comes to mind in the future, I will think of Main Street Hair Design in New Albany. Apparently this small hair salon located in the heart of New Albany has all the business it needs - it now only styles the hair of individuals referred to them on behalf of ALREADY EXISTING clients. As a result, a location that could have been convenient for us - newly transplanted New Albanites, is now somehow OFF LIMITS due their policy of only styling the hair of people they know. Thanks Main Street Hair Design! Now not only are we still trying to find a quality salon, we now feel as though our new home is somewhat less hospitable that what we expected. Do everyone a favor, if you truly have all the business you need, and you don't want any additional clients, remove your ads and take down your number -- your current clients already have it! What a joke.
