I'd post less stars if I could. While my hair color is pretty much on point of what I wanted it doesn't undo the fact that an older woman named Darla who cut my hair her completely disregarded what I said and pretty much hacked six inches of length off my hair! This woman has NO BUSINESS cutting women's hair! She tried to cut my sister's hair a few months back way shorter than she wanted it! When we say we don't want it chopped short WE MEAN IT. I have been in tears since my appointment yesterday! I didn't say anything while there because there were other customers and I didn't want to cause a scene of any kind, but be forewarned everyone!!! She will RUIN YOUR HAIR!
