On the recommendation of a male friend, I came here for a cut and color. The decor is very plain and almost too bright. The stylists seem to be best suited for an older, conservative demographic.
Due to overbooking, I stayed over 6 hours and had to wait for her to finish another client before she could continue with me. I was given a very short but nice hand massage.
My stylist was extremely talkative and opinionated (not always PC) and she didn't listen to me. Although she did a good job on the color, I got the worst cut I've ever had. Worst of all, my highlights and cut was over $150. For that money, I expect atmosphere, attention and a great result. I don't feel I got any of those at Rometrics 1.
