On the recommendation of a male friend, I came here for a cut and color. The decor is very plain and almost too bright. The stylists seem to be best suited for an older, conservative demographic. Due to overbooking, I stayed over 6 hours and had to wait for her to finish another client before she could continue with me. I was given a very short but nice hand massage. My stylist was extremely talkative and opinionated (not always PC) and she didn't listen to me. Although she did a good job on the color, I got the worst cut I've ever had. Worst of all, my highlights and cut was over $150. For that money, I expect atmosphere, attention and a great result. I don't feel I got any of those at Rometrics 1.

These people are obviously professional and it's hard to believe that they don't do celebrities. They are great and my family feels comfortable putting our hair in their care...
