I took myself and my daughter here for cuts. We both wanted shoulder length hair w some layers,simple enough. owner cut my daughter's hair, i explained her hair was super curly to plz cut it a few inches longer than where we wanted it to land & layers were so it didnt look like a giant triangle. While my daughter was getting hers cut the owner/tech kept correcting her, "you made me mess up, i keep having to even it" Which was annoying because my kids in middle school, was sitting still, & not a toddler. Then she didn't do the layers, so we asked her to plz put some in & she acted put out but did so. I thought it was too short but I wasn't going to insult the cut my kid was rocking a week before school. I want her to feel beautiful always. So i was horrified when my daughter woke up the nxt day with her hair looking very mullet-ish & way too short. The tech that cut my hair practically refused to take off the inches I'd asked for & refused the layers. I had to go back in the next day & she still didn't do what id asked. If you value your money or opinion I would go anywhere but here! I called asked for a refund just for my daughter's cut only at that point. I can deal w messed up hair on mysrlf but not my babies. Id told her bout how it turned out & Was told i was a liar & that she didn't believe I'd had to come back in myself the nxt day, as if I get I anything from lying. She then told me it took her 2 hrs to do my daughter's, when i only got a blunt cut myself, not by choice, so id kno if id sat anywhere that long, having 3 kids I had Dr aps n everything else that day like everyday. I was told don't come back and hung up on over a 12$ + a tip. id just thought she may have had an idea of what to do to relax her hair. N woulda gladly traded a spirit reading g or the 1 refund, i didn't see it getting confrontational. But I knew when I got excited to see our Fav former tech char, from another salon in there, the lady who'd cut our hair for yrs & did my daughters first cut ever & the other techs rolled their eyes at our being excited, i knew i was in the wrong company. I think the elderly are regs clients prob just cus they dont complain or force you to use your skills. Absolutely worst experience in a salon Ever, n i went thru cosmetology school!!
